Cathy Ludlow is an amazing sales woman! I've been working with her via messages to help my Brother in Law find the vehicle he's after. I've purchased from her in the past and have sent several individuals to her for purchases. She has always gone above and beyond for me and my family! She gives you an exceptional experience by listening to what you want and what you need and finds you the vehicle you want! The dealership is head and shoulders above most dealerships around ! From the perspective of a customer who has purchased several vehicles from Schmidt Chevrolet/Cadillac, I can say that they excel at what they do ! Jeff Schmidt is fortunate to have personnel who strive to do their best in placing the customer 1st. The Service Department is 2nd. to none in this region ! All I can say is keep up the good work !
